Lucifer uses this ability to obliterate Castiel
Biokinesis is the direct ability to manipulate/control organs, blood, and thus the entire human body, however it's not Mind Control. Basically, it is a more defined use of Telekinesis. However, it can go into the use of having the power to control the biology of organisms bodily structure.
Pestilence can manipulate and generate illnesses, irritations, molds, infestations, and plagues. The Staff of Moses can generate the Ten Egyptian plagues.
With Biokinesis, angels can cause excruciating discomfort and pain for humans. They can even cause organisms to combust/explode, literally ripping the body apart.

- Archangels - Can literally cause a body to explode with a snap of their fingers.
- Seraphs - Demonstrated on multiple occasions by Zachariah.
- Castiel (Temporarily) - When empowered by all of Purgatory's souls. Since sending the souls back, he can no longer accomplish this.
- Pagan Deities
- Kali - Was able to make Mercury cough up blood at her will.
- Zeus - Strangled Haley with his mind, and tortured Prometheus.
- Osiris - Was able to stop Dean from speaking, with a gesture.
- Demons
- Azazel - Azazel could cause internal pain in humans, and make them spit up blood, and slowly rip them apart from the inside, although its full extent is unknown.
- Meg - To a limited extent. She was able to make Crowley cough up blood.
- Alastair - Able to make Sam and Dean experience great pain with a gesture. He taught this ability to Meg.
- Astaroth - Stopped Elizabeth's heart with a wave of her hand.
- Crowley - Could cause humans to cough up blood and die. He was even able to cause a girl to explode by snapping his fingers.
- Abaddon (and presumably other Knights-of-Hell) - Could cause eyes to bleed.

- Nurse Glockner - Able to cause heart attacks by pressing her hand against her victims' chests.
- Jonah Greely - Able to cause wounds to appear on his victims with a gesture.
- Maggie Thompson - Cause her sister to have a stroke, by touching her.

- Rose Brown - Made her wounds appear on her victims.
- Claire Becker - Quite limited, caused her bruises to appear on the people she warned.
- Timmy's Mother - Able to causes sevear pain in the heart to at least two people at once, that would eventually end in death.
