At an unknown point in time, possibly after the Fall of the Angels, this man became the vessel of the angel Efram.
In 2015, he was killed along with Efram by Castiel in self-defense after Efram and Jonah attempted to brutally torture Castiel for information on Metatron and the Darkness.
