This unnamed demon was stationed at Serenity Valley Convalescent Home where she served Pestilence.
Season 5[]
Pestilence embraces the demon nurse.
She alerts Pestilence to Sam and Dean's presence. She suggests that they leave, but Pestilence wants to take revenge on Sam and Dean for what they did to his brothers. When the demon nurse protests that Lucifer wants the Winchesters alive, Pestilence yells at her that if Satan wants them that badly, then he can put them back together. He calms down, embraces the startled assistant while apologizing, then activates his Ring, affecting all in the hospital with illness.
When the weaken Sam and Dean arrive, the assistant greets them and watches them confront Pestilence but soon collapse from his powers. The nurse drags them into Celeste's room for Pestilence.
She is killed by Castiel.
After Castiel used Ruby's Knife to remove Pestilence's ring, the demon tackled him, but he stabbed her with the knife, killing her. ("Two Minutes to Midnight")
