Judah had extensive knowledge on the H.P. Lovecraft's works and life. He claimed to have world's largest collection of Lovecraft's private letters. Judah's immense collection of books, posters and letters all related to Lovecraft allowed him to discover that the writer described 'doors' to different worlds. Judah was contacted by Bobby in his search for the events following Lovecraft's experiments and experiences. Judah claimed to have possessed letters that narrate such events. However, before he could show them to the hunter, the files went missing, most likely taken by Castiel.
