This House was a sentient construction located in Oregon, in an unincorporated area outside of Baker City that killed it's owners and a construction crew that was trying to tear it down.

- Sentience - At some point in its history, the house was imbued with consciousness and a self-preservation instinct by unspecified means. Because of this, the house could even control parts/aspects of itself, like garage doors to slice people, etc.
- Self-Reconstruction - The House was able to repair/protect itself from fire, axes, sledgehammers, grenade explosions, etc.
Weaknesses[]
- Termites - The House was for some reason unable to protect and repair itself from them and was eaten by termites put there by John, Bobby and Rufus over the years until it become a pile of rotted lumber.
