After consuming the souls in Purgatory, Castiel declares himself the new God and walks into her campaign office to stop her "causing poverty and despair in God's name". However, the Leviathans inside Castiel temporarily take over his vessel, Jimmy Novak, and massacre everyone in the office, most likely including Michelle.[1]
