Background[]
When a man from her apartment went missing, Nicole and her roommate were visited by Agent Roark. Initially, their meeting was to discuss about the missing person, but Nicole ended up having sex with the agent who came to visit her more than once.
A year later, Nicole went missing herself. Her roommate became worried and was frustrated that she had nothing useful to say that could help the cops locate Nicole. However, her roommate did reveal Nicole's encounter with Agent Roark to Dean Winchester, who easily picked up the hints that Nicole was sexually involved with the agent.
It was later revealed that Nicole had been kidnapped by Roy Dobbs, along with every other women Agent Roark, aka Sam Winchester ever slept with. She was subsequently transformed into an arachne. According to Roy, she and the other transformed women are now "scattered".
