Pauly is the wife of Steve.
Overview
When Pauly and her husband ate at Scotty's Cafe, Dean entered the cafe and tried to warn them, Steve and Pauly did not believe him and Scotty called the sheriff to get him out.
Later their car breaks down, and they are attacked by the Vanir, however Dean finds them and manages to save them.
