I think its likely that the leviathans would have fought amonst each other, at least at some point, as such meaning war could have come, and I surpose its possible there were some form of illness they were partial to, but has died out now.

The article said that in Supernatural, Famine rose before death, but Death was summoned and bound by Lucifer in Abandon All Hope, which comes before My Bloody Valentine.

Famine could have already risen offscreen prior to Lucifer releasing Death from his coffin "Abandon All Hope" wheras "My Bloody Valentine" is his first appearance in the series which precedes Death's first physical appearance in "Two Minutes To Midnight". Famine is dead[]
Is Famine dead ? It seems Sam killed him, as we now know that horsemen can be killed, I think nothing suggests that Famine is still alive. Pestilence and War fleed before they could be killed but Death and Famine met their destiny. Lambda1 (talk) 09:04, October 21, 2015 (UTC)
- Are you serious? Yes, Horsemen can be killed with extremely powerful weapons, but definitely not by Sam's wimpy powers, which they are in comparison to Famine. Plus, Brady implied that he's alive. -- ImperiexSeed, 6:00 AM, October 21st 2015
