Yes with the possible exception of witches, humans aren't supernatural entities. But should the Styne family be listed under it in this case, as they were altered humans, with using their bioengineering. Idk, about that Empyrean. They did use the Book of the Damned in their families past, plus Jacob used a magic object trying to locate the book. Plus, Doc Benton, is credited as the Supernatural villain of an episode in season 3. And his immortality was made from science not magic. At very least they aren't normal humans and shouldn't be listed like when we have normal human villain of the week, in my opinion. - I'd say the Stynes being considered supernatural make sense. While they may not be mystical, have powers/abilities, or appear radically different, they are certainly not baseline human (2 hearts, better vision, strength, endurance, and stamina). Due to their numerous surgical alterations, they are now more than human, and pun intended, supernatural. A supernatural group/species isn't necessarily those who were created/use magic, or appear radically different from the normal, but also those who have done steps to be different from what they were originally. This is what I would say makes them different from the Bender family, because while the situation with the Benders was not natural (with them hunting humans and eating them), they were not necessarily different from humans like how a Wendigo was changed due to cannibalism. Doc Benton used alchemy to be more than human, and while it isn't necessarily magic, it isn't strictly science either (regardless of how he accomplished it, humans can still not live indefinitely, making his immortality supernatural). Well, Doc Benton's immortal status is similar to certain ones in mythology like in some Greek and Norse myth. Particular The Norse Golden Apples of Idunn that gave immortality and eternal youth to the gods. These are some examples of separation of immortality and eternal youth. Some definitions conjoin it and some don't. The doctors seems to allow him to stay alive by replacing organ, but the organs still die out from time, he just can replace them indefinitely. The Styne Family seem to age, but get new parts at times. As far as supernatural by rough definition it means what is above the laws of science or nature. But, in this series while all magic is paranormal/supernatural, not all supernatural things are magical in nature like Psychics unless they are magically.
