This unnamed demon became two-faced at the hands of Rowena MacLeod.
Rowena becomes impatient and angry when her son Crowley refuses to help her meet with the witches of the Grand Coven, who had forbidden her from using all of her powers. Her anger drives her to cast lesser magic, one of which is to cause this demon to develop a face at the back of his head.
Unable to bear with Rowena's tantrums, the demon goes to report to Crowley his discomfort. When Crowley sees the demon's new condition, he calls Rowena to meet with him. Though Crowley admonishes his mother for what she did, Crowley does believe the demon is "two-faced" in nature.
When Crowley agrees to fulfill his mother's wishes, he sends this demon along with another one to fetch the leader of the Grand Coven, Olivette, and bind her in chains so she can't fight back. As the two demons leave Olivette with Rowena, this demon no longer has his second head.
- This demon's condition is reminiscent of Professor Quirrell and Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
