There are several known sigils shown to keep angels out of buildings. We see those shown on at least two occasions, and know Castiel is unable to enter those buildings covered in sigils.
Angel warding sigils such as these are seen on the building where the reapers are held in 4.15 as well as Crowley's house. They are mentioned by Castiel, saying he can't enter them because of the sigils meant to keep angels out.
The Angel Proofing Sigil is a sigil that is able to prevent any angel from walking or teleporting inside. It also prevents them from spying on the inhabitants inside, and listening to their conversations.
